Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of New Jersey. Proficiency in Clinical Applications is preferred, with training provided for new hires. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic surgical environment with frequent interruptions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain a calm demeanor.
