Assumes responsibility in a shared or delegated assignment and supports team member’s practices through timely communication. 15. Serves as a role model to colleagues, students and other care providers. 16. *Actively participates in continued learning opportunities and continued self-development pertinent to the work unit and duties of the job. 17. Integrates evidence based research findings into practice in accordance with policy and procedure. 18. Engages in department specific and organizational performance improvement initiatives. 19. Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions. 4. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 5. Ability to delegate, provide instruction and evaluate the work of LPN’s and unlicensed professional 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information. 7.
