Assist, as necessary, in the initial nursing assessment of patient (History & Physical). Provide information for establishing and re-evaluating nursing goals (Nursing Care Plans). Documents and reports pertinent information. Medications; aware of potential side effects. Uses Nursing Care Plans as guides (present status, new problems, education). POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards that govern the facility and as directed by your supervisors.
