Supervision: Collaborate with the facility's consultants as required and implement recommended changes under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON). Investigate and address complaints and grievances, providing necessary oral and written reports to the DON. Exchange nursing reports at the beginning and end of your shift duty hours. Conduct daily checks on all residents to ensure that prescribed treatments are administered correctly by nursing personnel/assistants and to assess their physical and emotional well-being.
