Taking the patient's vital signs such as respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate and reporting changes in the patient's /residents conditions Practices ethically and professionally within their scope; a dvocates for patient Maintains clinical competence specific to their care area including organization required education within stated timeframe Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team Documents appropriately and thoroughly in EMR/Point Click Care Keeps other nursing personnel and responsible RN informed regarding changes in condition of patients/ residents and / or other pertinent observations Participates in unit councils and staff meetings. Weekend rotation required.
