Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge caring for to critical care and intermediate care patients involving cardiac surgeries and procedures with a variety of cardiovascular medical diagnoses. Location: Parkland: 12th FLR BLK 400 **DAY SHIFT** Full Time Position Primary Purpose The RN is a licensed professional who uses the Parkland nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery by the health care team. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response.
