Dan and Betty Kahn Health Care Pavilion at U-M Health Operating Room Unit will feature 20 operating suites with state-of-the-art equipment and instrumentation supporting the following specialties: neuro-anesthesiology, neurosurgery (including MR/OR), oral maxillofacial surgery, otolaryngology, spine, and general thoracic. Responsibilities* Scrub and circulate in the Pavilion operating rooms assigned under the clinical supervision of a Charge Nurse, Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Nursing Director as appropriate. To rotate shift and accept call as assigned by Clinical Manager/Clinical Nursing Director. To assist in the teaching activities of the Operating Room. Required Qualifications* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. Two (2) years recent, within the last three (3) years, circulating and scrubbing experience as a RN. Ability to work with a non-responsive patient population. Call commitment with 30 minute response time.
