Overview Nurse Manager - Full Time - Englewood, Colorado Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital (Englewood, CO) is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located in Englewood, Colorado, serving patients throughout the south Denver metropolitan area. The hospital provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. With an interdisciplinary care model and a strong focus on individualized recovery goals, the clinical team works closely with patients and families to promote functional independence and successful transitions home. Current CPR certification required. Two years relevant experience required. Three years’ experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred. Additional Qualifications/Skills: Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice. Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS. Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
