Role Summary The Student Nurse Care Partner (Float Pool) works under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care across multiple inpatient units. This position allows nursing students to gain practical clinical experience while assisting with patient care, supporting nursing staff, and developing professional skills in a hospital setting. Qualifications Education - High School Diploma or GED required. - Must be currently enrolled in a licensed nursing program. Experience - Current enrollment in an accredited licensed nursing program required.
