This role serves patients within a 50-mile radius of Fort Smith, Arkansas, supporting a defined service area limited to the state of Arkansas. RNs work a standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with occasional participation in weekend call rotation on a voluntary basis. Home Health nursing offers a high level of autonomy, requiring strong time management, independent decision-making, and effective patient scheduling. The role involves detailed electronic documentation and consistent use of technology, making comfort with digital systems essential.
