Our caregivers help seniors with their ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) such as Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Ambulation, and running errands. You will also help with medication reminders, documentation and light housekeeping. Our seniors live in St. Johns, Palm Coast, and Volusia County. We assign shifts based on a caregiver's availability and location, though consistency is required. Our average shifts range from 4 to 12 hours in length. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing Services, the Medicare/MDS Coordinator is responsible for notifying and coordinating the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) for MDS assessment completion in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Medicare MDS Coordinator QUALIFICATIONS • Current licensure in nursing.
