Job Description: Lakeland Nursing and Rehab is looking to hire full-time, RN 3-11 Supervisor to work at our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities of the Unit Manager (RN)

Ensure that all nursing services personnel are following their respective job descriptions.
Assist the resident and Discharge Planning Coordinator in planning the nursing services portion of the resident’s discharge plan.
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in obtaining staffing information that must be posted on a daily basis.

Requirements of the (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor

Long Term Care experience is highly preferred.
Must be a graduate of an approved nursing or practical nursing program.
Must possess and maintain a current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Must be able to move, lift, and position patients.
