We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our DON in leading nursing operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring exceptional resident care. This is a key leadership role for someone ready to influence outcomes and help shape a positive, high-performing culture.
What You’ll Do
Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all clinical and nursing operations
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Assist with audits, care plan reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and resident-centered care
Participate in staff education, coaching, and performance management
Step in as DON designee when needed
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license
SNF / long-term care leadership experience strongly preferred
Proven knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and QAPI
Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
A hands-on leader who leads by example and supports their team
Passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors
