We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our DON in leading nursing operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring exceptional resident care. What You’ll Do

  • Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all clinical and nursing operations

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements

  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)

  • Assist with audits, care plan reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and resident-centered care

  • Participate in staff education, coaching, and performance management

  • Step in as DON designee when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license

  • SNF / long-term care leadership experience strongly preferred

  • Proven knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and QAPI

  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
