Job Summary

Eagle Crest Rapid Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. This is a full-time position working 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administers enteral feedings, oral, injectable, and intravenous medications and treatments within the LVN scope of practice as prescribed by the physician and per facility policy

  • Ensures all aspects of delivery of care to residents by nursing assistants are completed within the established time frames according to Resident Care policies and procedures

  • Performs and is co-responsible for narcotic counts as per Resident Care policies and procedures

  • Dispenses medications and treatments by all routes as ordered by the physician within established time frames and ensures no medications are left unattended

  • Documents medication and treatment administration in a timely and accurate manner

  • Completes/updates the Electronic documentation as required

  • Maintains and updates Nursing license in compliance with state regulations

  • Performs other related duties as required or requested

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • College degree or the equivalent in work-related experience

  • Must be graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing

  • Must have active state RN license

  • Must be listed in good standing as confirmed on Nurse Registry

  • Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care is strongly preferred

  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
