We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a school-based opportunity near North Kansas City, MO. This is a dynamic, flexible role supporting students across multiple school sites.

Position Details:

Start: ASAP through May 22
Option to extend for ESY: June 1 June 25 (MondayThursday)
Hours: 2225 hours per week
Schedule: Varies by site (typically between 7:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Weekly schedules provided (subject to change based on student needs, field trips, and staff coverage)

Role Overview:

Float between school sites, supporting PreK12th grade students
Serve as the primary health room nurse after a 2-week training period
Provide general nursing care, respond to health needs, and assist with field trips as needed
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with district staff
Utilize electronic systems for charting and documentation

Requirements:

Active RN license (Missouri)
Recent pediatric experience required (ICU, ER, or school-based preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
Comfortable working with a wide age range (PreK12)
Strong multitasking and technology skills
Flexible and adaptable to schedule changes
