Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents with varying levels of acuity, including those with complex medical and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform various treatments as required
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN degree preferred)
• North Carolina RN licensure (or eligible to obtain)
• 0 years of experience as a registered nurse (new graduates welcome)
