Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 1:1 school nursing position in Montrose, PA, supporting a medically fragile student for the current school year.

Position Details:

  • Location: Montrose, PA
  • Position: 1:1 School Nurse RN
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: MondayFriday
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • School Setting: 1 school
  • Student: 15-year-old female

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care and medical support throughout the school day.
  • Support a student who uses a wheelchair and requires a G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator.
  • Monitor the student's medical needs and ensure safety throughout the school day.
  • Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
  • Assist with transportation support when needed.

Schedule:

  • Regular school day: 8:00 AM2:30 PM
  • With transportation: Approximately 7:15 AM3:15 PM
  • Transportation experience or willingness to assist is a major plus!

Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania RN license.
  • Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred.
  • Pediatric or medically fragile nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and commitment to student safety.
