School Registered Nurse (RN) in Blackville, SC

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and educators
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate health records
  • CPR/BLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general nursing duties in a school environment, including administering medications, providing first aid, and managing chronic conditions
  • Monitor and support the health needs of students throughout the school day
  • Conduct routine health screenings and maintain up-to-date health records
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to deliver coordinated care
  • Respond promptly to health emergencies and implement individualized health care plans as necessary
  • Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics relevant to the school setting
