MDS Coordinator (RN) - Join Our Team! About the Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented, experienced MDS Coordinator (RN) to ensure accurate, timely assessment documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. As the MDS Coordinator, you'll coordinate and oversee the completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and care plans for residents, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing reimbursement.
