G. Recruit and conducts preliminary interviews, and makes recommendations for hiring to the clinical leadership and Administrator. Final interviews and approval is completed by the clinical leadership or Administrator. H. Provides assistance with orientation, coaching and mentoring to ensure the success of CNAs in the performance of their duties. Makes recommendations for counseling to the clinical leadership. I.
