Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a state-approved CNA training program. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, senior living, or long-term care setting preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and safety practices. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to assist residents with mobility and physical support as needed. Certifications & Requirements: Active CNA certification in good standing with the state. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
