Educate patients and their families on the anesthesia process, potential risks, and post-operative care instructions, and provide guidance on recovery expectations, managing post-operative pain, and warning signs for complications. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless perioperative care. Participate in teaching and mentoring nurse anesthesia students, residents, or newly hired CRNAs.
