EDUCATION: Required: Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license; PA Compact license, New Jersey Registered Nurse license, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, preferably overseeing multidisciplinary teams or complex clinical operations. Demonstrated experience in an Access Center, clinical call center environment, or centralized triage model. Prior leadership experience in an outpatient practice or ambulatory care setting strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead through influence, drive performance outcomes, support high-reliability processes, and manage change initiatives at scale.
