Wound Care Monitor reactions and client progress. Coordinate client services. Notify the physician and other personnel (DON, Case Manager, etc) of change in the client’s condition. Perform skill outline in the agency’s approved policy and procedure manual. Discharge the client from skilled nursing services when the discharge criteria have been met. Pediatric Leadership Position - PPEC Site Director of Nursing The Site Director of Nursing (SDON) is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all professional and nonprofessional staff at the designated facility. The SDON provides coordination and supervision of all child/client/family and employee activities that happen on a day-to-day basis. The SDON is responsible for the supervision of all tasks and duties that are delegated by a Support Director, the CEO and/or the President.
