Submits all documentation in a timely manner in accordance with agency policy. Documentation on patients chart correlates with nursing care plan. The CRU at Magnolia sees 40 to 80 patients each day and between 30-60 investigational treatments ranging from 15 minutes to 12 hours. Responsibilities Identifies documents and provides patient education based on learning needs of the patient Facilitates clinical research activity by performing ongoing assessments, administering nursing care and protocol therapy, monitoring of patients, delivering patient education, and documenting care for patients enrolled on clinical trials.
