Fellows rotate through all orthopedic subspecialties and learn both scrub and circulating roles. The goal is full clinical competency across the patient population. The Perioperative Clinical Education Specialists and the Fellowship Program Coordinator oversee the clinical orientation process. Frequent check-ins with the fellow, preceptor, clinical education specialists serve to evaluate effective transition and progress throughout the program.
