The assessment may take place in patients’ homes, hospitals or nursing facilities. The Hospice Field Admissions RN will follow the appropriate standards of practice established by the National Hospice Organization when admitting patients and insure the admission process meets current regulations. Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Southern Columbia County, is looking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants to join our clinical care team! We have on the spot interviews offered Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. DUTIES: Observing Residents. Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse. Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc. Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food / fluid intake. Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements. Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy. Transporting Residents within the Facility. Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work as a team member. Current NYS State Certification.
