Works closely with other members of the IDT to ensure all patient and family care needs are being met. Provides supervision to Hospice Aides/Homemakers. Education a. Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. b. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. c. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred. 2. Experience a.
