Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain the health and well-being of residents on the unit Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed.
