This role is ideal for someone with strong memory care instincts who can provide calm structure, safety supervision, personal care, and companionship while maintaining the client’s dignity and comfort. The right caregiver will be steady, patient, and confident supporting dementia/Alzheimer’s-related needs such as confusion, nighttime restlessness, anxiety, and sundowning. The client responds positively to music, so candidates who can incorporate music appropriately to promote calm and connection are strongly preferred. Position Summary As an overnight caregiver (7p–7a), you will help the client remain safe, comfortable, and supported through the night by providing attentive supervision, personal care support as needed, and dementia-friendly communication. You must remain alert throughout the shift, maintain professional boundaries, and communicate clearly with the office and family when updates are needed. This is a non-medical role. Caregivers provide support services, reminders, observation, and documentation based on the care plan.
