Job Description Summary: Infusion Nurse Educator is a licensed Registered Nurse responsible for providing clinical education and training to ensure successful transition of patients to an Option Care Health care delivery model. Job Description: ​ Evaluate, educate, and train patients, caregivers, and facility staff about how OCH services & products will be facilitated in an alternative site, in-home, or virtually in order to ensure successful transition of patients to an Option Care Health delivery model. Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine patient viability to join the OCH care delivery model. Job Summary Summary This role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow.
