Completes pre-reviews of medication administration records as per facility protocols. Completes required MDS documentation and all related observations in a timely manner. Supports CNA team through assisting in direct ADL care of residents. REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION SKILLS Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Current LPN licensure in State of New York. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
