Serve as primary contact for families, physicians, and ancillary providers regarding resident care. Participate in daily management meetings and contribute to emergency preparedness planning. Qualifications: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience in long-term care or subacute rehabilitation; prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred. Familiarity with CMS regulations, MDS process, and DPH survey standards. Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records. Physical & Working Conditions: Ability to stand, walk, and move intermittently during shifts.
