Men's Residential Nurse Manager Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services Trumansburg The Nurse Manager oversees nursing services across two substance use treatment programs, providing clinical leadership and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary nursing team, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Medical Technician's (MT's) or Medical Assistants (MAs), in an ambulatory substance use treatment programs setting. The Nurse Manager will ensure regulatory compliance with multiple regulatory bodies including but not limited to OASIS, SAHMA, and DEA. Fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives will be central to the success of this role. Through strong leadership and organizational skills, the Nurse Manager ensures that both clinics operate efficiently and deliver safe, evidence-based care to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Lead and coordinate the nursing staff across two clinics, setting standards for evidence-based care in substance use treatment. Monitor clinical practices to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals receiving recovery services. Staff Supervision and Development: Oversee RNs, LPNs, and MAs, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
