Description The Kimberly and Eric J. Responsible for training staff on clinical office protocols and techniques. Assists providers with patient education. Assesses new staffs clinical office protocols (i.e., vitals, phlebotomy) prior to probationary performance appraisal. Assists management with triaging, stocking supplies, reordering clinical supplies, etc., as needed. Assists management with annual competencies and performance appraisals. Verifies that all quality improvement protocols are being complied with. Assists management with improving workflows and processes. Resolves patient/family issues in the absence of the Practice Manager. Other relevant duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years in a medical office setting, with some management or supervisory experience preferred. eClinical Works or EPIC experience an additional plus.
