Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care Unit Job Responsibilities Performs comprehensive patient health assessments by interpreting multiple data sets and synthesizing their relationships. Formulates individualized plans of care based on assessment findings and interpreting trends in patient populations to achieve best practice. Conducts all patient care in a patient and family centered manner, integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
