Qualifications · High School Diploma or Equivalent – Preferred. · Home Health Aide certification required. · 1 year Home Health Care experience. Experienced Preferred. · Able to read, understand, and execute instructions. · Ability to communicate and write effectively. · Ability to work and deal within a stressful environment. · Bilingual – Spanish/Creole/etc. (Preferred - Not Required) - Must also be able to read/write and speak English. Position Summary The Evening Home Health Aide (HHA) provides hands-on personal care and daily support to residents during the evening shift. This role is essential in maintaining resident comfort, safety, and well-being while supporting a calm and respectful environment.
