Encourage client participation in community programs, events, and activities. Participate in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested. Complete required documentation of services delivered and submit to office in a timely manner according to policy. Reports to: The Registered Nurse Field Supervisor Compensation: Salary range: USD $21.00 /Hr. An active State of New Jersey certification as a CHHA.
