Reviews documentation of the supervised disciplines for appropriateness and completion compared to the plan of care. What is Required? Graduate of an accredited RN Program 2+ years’ experience in a clinical care setting or home health environment preferred Current state license as RN Excellent communication skills Dedication to patient care Ability to work as part of inter-disciplinary team You will report to the Branch Director or Clinical Manager.
