What you will do as a Registered Nurse with Shared Services Home Health Care : Not only will you be growing in your career, but you will also be gaining another family. Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs. Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change. Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care. Visit clients routinely in order to observe and evaluate each clients’ physical and emotional status. Maintain the confidentiality of all client care information. Monitor nursing care to ensure that all clients are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect. Where you could be working with us in home care: Livingston and Washtenaw Counties Hours: Standard Hours: Monday - Friday with a weekend rotation On Call: Yes, weekdays and a weekend rotation Holiday Rotation: 1 summer and 1 winter What it takes to join our team: Required Skills At least 1 year experience in Home Care preferred 1-2 years RN experience in acute care Valid RN License in the State of Michigan in good standing Ability to work in a variety of settings, good communication skills Preferred Skills: Previous experience with WellSky and Forcura Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-starter Shared Services Home Health Care, headquartered at EHM Senior Solutions, is EHM's premier home care team, providing specialized care right in our client's own homes.
