Company: Providence at Home with Compassus Position Summary The Admissions coordinator LPN LVN serves as an access point for hospice services by coordinating prescribed services with the physician, payor, patient/caregiver, and provider to ensure that the services are provided in a timely and coordinated fashion. Position Specific Responsibilities • Respond to incoming calls from patients, families, physicians, facility staff, and others in the community.
