We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our collaborative team at Memorial Health! What You'll Do: Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver comprehensive patient care. Direct and coordinate all nursing care for assigned patients, ensuring effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Continuous certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS). Certification in American Heart Association’s Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of employment and maintenance of bi-annual renewal thereafter. Completion of National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale certification within six (6) months of hire and annual renewal thereafter. Completion of Behavioral Health & De-Escalation Training (BHDT) within six (6) months of hire and annual renewal thereafter.
