Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.2. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.3. Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.4. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.5. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. FACILITY / UNIT TRAINING 1. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.2. Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.3.
