Currently hiring PT overnight shift, every other weekends Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff Compensation: $48/hr Qualifications: 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Demonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/ Long Term Care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment About Us Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
