Synergy serves patients across the lifespan, from pediatric through geriatric populations. We value a multimodal and individualized approach to care, incorporating pharmacologic, behavioral, rehabilitative, and complementary treatment strategies when appropriate. Key Highlights: We are looking for an APP who is collaborative, curious, flexible, and comfortable caring for patients whose needs may not fit neatly into traditional clinical categories. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of an interdisciplinary team and will be interested in helping build and shape an evolving ambulatory service.
