Experience in a school or pediatric nursing setting preferred; CSN certification and bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly valued. Proficiency with electronic health records and confidence in using technology to document and manage IEP and 504 Plan health sections. Strong initiative, reliability, and flexible mindset to adapt to the daily needs of a busy school. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently manage a health office. Comfort in supporting students with personal care needs as part of a student-centered approach. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the school health office, maintain medical records, and conduct medical reviews. Participate actively in IEP and 504 processes, ensuring health-related requirements are addressed and documented appropriately. Assist students with daily health needs, including occasional support with personal care. Foster communication and teamwork with administrators and staff to provide seamless health services.
