Position Summary Serenity Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and organized Assistant Team Lead RN to support the clinical leadership team and provide guidance to our hospice nursing staff. The Assistant Team Lead RN will assist with the day-to-day coordination of clinical services, support RN Case Managers, help ensure quality patient care, and promote compliance with hospice regulations, company policies, and clinical standards.
