Location SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider position is eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation reimbursement, which will be discussed with interviewed candidates. In addition, hires are eligible for additional compensation bonuses tied to productivity and retention. These positions offer billable hours, shift and holiday differential, and monthly bonuses. Position Details: · Full-time (average 40 hours per week). · Schedule consists of an average of (3) 12-13 hour shifts per week to include up to 50% nights, weekends, holidays, and paid call. · Flexible scheduling options may be available, including weekend and/or night shift-only options with additional incentives. · Eligibility for a recurring retention bonus given after 12 months of employment and every 2 years thereafter. · Monthly bonus (including productivity and shift differential). · Annual bonus. · Referral bonus.
