Job Summary: The Express Care RN practices autonomously and in accordance with professional nursing standards, within the parameters of the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, and within the policies and procedures of Anderson Hospital . He/she is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and outcome evaluation within the parameters of the Illinois Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act. The Express Care RN promotes safe and effective care to all age groups from neonates to geriatrics. Job Responsibilities: 1.
