Experience: Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. 1-3 years’ experience with military and behavioral health population preferably in an inpatient setting. Knowledge/Skills: Interacts positively with patients on a daily basis. Capable of adapting to varying workloads and work assignments on a constant basis. Works successfully under highly stressful conditions. Makes sound, independent judgments based on Scientific and/or Ethical principles. Collaborates with other multidisciplinary team members in an appropriate fashion. Utilizes effective comprehensive reading skills, strong communication skills, written and verbal. Utilizes math skills to calculate medication dosages.
